ABOUT THE POSITION
The Channel Merchandising Manager leads the development and execution of channel-specific merchandising strategies, ensuring the delivery of consumer-right assortments, strong brand storytelling in-market, and profitable product mixes across key accounts.
This role oversees a team responsible for day-to-day account execution, translating brand vision into compelling assortments and product narratives that resonate at the channel level. The Manager partners closely with Sales, Planning, and Marketing to drive account engagement, establish a clear product point of view, and build bottom-up forecasts that maximize revenue and profitability.
As a key leader, this role ensures alignment between channel strategy and execution, while developing team capabilities and driving consistent, high-quality outcomes across accounts.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Define and lead channel merchandising strategies that align with brand vision while addressing account and channel-specific needs
  • Oversee the development of consumer-right assortments, balancing storytelling, innovation, pricing, and commercial performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Merchants, driving execution excellence and accountability
  • Guide account engagement strategies, ensuring compelling product storytelling and strong assortment execution across sell-in and seasonal milestones
  • Partner with Sales to translate account needs into actionable merchandising strategies and differentiated product assortments
  • Own and execute go-to-market (GTM) alignment across Sales, Planning, and Marketing, including sales meeting strategy and content
  • Establish and drive frameworks for assortment architecture, pricing strategies, and SKU productivity across channels
  • Lead bottom-up forecasting and manage business performance across revenue, margin, and product productivity
  • Identify risks and opportunities across accounts and channels, driving action plans to optimize growth and profitability
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and performance data to continuously refine assortments and inform future strategies

YOU ARE
  • A strong merchandising leader who translates strategy into execution through teams and accounts

YOU HAVE
  • 8+ years of merchandising experience, ideally within apparel, outdoor, or wholesale environments
  • Proven experience leading teams and partnering closely with Sales organizations and key accounts
  • Strong expertise in assortment planning, forecasting, and product storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to build bottom-up forecasts and drive financial performance
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and channel strategies
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
