The primary responsibility of the Visual Coordinator is to work closely with the store team to implement, maintain, and monitor store visual standards. The Visual Coordinator also assists in creating displays that showcase our products and provide a visually stimulating experience for customers.





Essential Responsibilities:

  • Produces quality work in a timely, consistent, and organized manner.
  • Executes visual standards according to company directives.
  • Presents the latest fashion trends in a visually stimulating and creative manner.
  • Participates in floor moves and event set-ups.
  • Updates mannequin, wall, and fixture displays as needed.
  • Ensures new merchandise is effectively and promptly added to the sales floor.
  • Walks the sales floor throughout the day to ensure the highest merchandising standards.
  • Completes routine visual updates as directed by management.
  • Assists with special store events as required, both on-site and off-site.
  • Ensures signage for personal appearances, trunk shows, and special events is ordered, placed correctly, and maintained.
  • Assists with preparing new merchandise for the sales floor, including hanging and steaming items.
  • Returns go-backs and other merchandise as needed.
  • Assists with recurring physical inventory.
  • Maintains a professional and supportive relationship with fellow team members.
  • Responds promptly to company email correspondence.
  • Maintains a professional personal appearance.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of visual and fashion merchandising experience.
  • Luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Mannequin styling experience required.
  • Window presentation experience preferred.
  • Sense of urgency, self-starter, and motivated attitude.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills, professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and store events.

Physical Demands:

  • Speaking/Hearing: Ability to communicate information to customers and employees.
  • Standing: Remains upright on feet for sustained periods.
