What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop service and back-shop teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to maintain strong staffing and service levels.
  • Oversee daily shop operations, including workflow, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train associates on customer care, CVIs, and store systems.
  • Manage store performance, inventory, visual standards, POS operations, and vendor relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and fairly.
  • Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college or technical program preferred.
  • 1+ year automotive management experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and cash-handling skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work days, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
  • Operate a vehicle safely and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
