Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Creative Designer to lead the development and refinement of compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative leadership and active design execution.
The Senior Creative Designer will serve as a key creative leader, ensuring all design work meets high-quality standards while mentoring and supporting another designer on the team. This individual will be deeply involved in day-to-day design production while helping elevate overall creative output.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the concepting and hands-on execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, social, web, and environmental touchpoints
  • Design high-impact creative assets personally, including campaign visuals, collateral, social content, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and established quality standards
  • Provide quality control oversight on all outgoing creative to maintain consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence
  • Oversee and mentor a designer, offering constructive feedback, creative direction, and professional development support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful creative solutions
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
