About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing integrated campaigns to life, supporting multiple brands, and collaborating closely with creative, marketing, development, SEO, personalization, and operations teams. Your work will directly impact website experiences, campaign launches, personalization initiatives, digital optimization efforts, social media, paid media, video, print, and emerging AI-enabled creative workflows. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver creative assets across web, email, social media, display advertising, mobile, print, video, events, and customer communications.
  • Create engaging customer experiences for websites, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and digital journeys.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, translators, marketers, developers, and product stakeholders to create integrated marketing solutions.
  • Support website creation, content updates, and digital experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Design responsive digital experiences that meet accessibility, usability, SEO, and performance best practices.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign executions from brief through launch.
  • Produce high-quality digital assets including page layouts, banners, illustrations, animations, infographics, and interactive content.
  • Support personalization and customer journey initiatives through modular and scalable design approaches.
  • Contribute to testing and optimization efforts, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer experience improvements.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative technologies to improve efficiency, scale asset production, and enhance creative development.
  • Ensure all work aligns with established brand standards while identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital design best practices.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative group, or a related design/digital marketing field.
  • Strong visual design, UI, and digital experience design skills with expertise in layout, typography, color, motion, and brand systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
  • Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), user experience, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and conversion-focused design principles.
  • Experience creating assets for social media, email marketing, paid media, websites, video, and print.
  • Ability to develop creative that balances customer needs, brand strategy, and business objectives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
