We're seeking a talented and driven Mid-weight Visual Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in visual, motion, brand, and digital design. As a Visual Designer at ELMNTL you will partner with other creative team members to create brilliant industry-leading work for a wide portfolio of clients across beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your team across disciplines on a daily basis working on a variety of design-led projects across the digital landscape
  • Work on projects that involve: Digital Visual Design, Brand Identity, Content Production, Email Marketing, Social Campaigns, Video Editing and Paid Media
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop campaigns that will execute across a wide variety of mediums
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Contribute to the creation of design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
  • Construct clean and organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelines Participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions

What We'd Like To See

  • 3+ years of visual design experience
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills-the ability to work with Art Directors as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly
  • A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery Solid understanding of Facebook/Instagram products
  • Proven understanding of content creation for Tik Tok, Youtube and Pinterest
  • Proven understanding of print design
