Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to join our team as a Technical Services Associate | Audio Visual (AV) Tech. This role is multi-faceted, involving both technical support for IT systems and providing audio-visual and video-teleconferencing (VTC) support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy tackling technical challenges and providing exceptional customer service, join our team and contribute to solving complex IT and AV challenges in support of our mission! This position is onsite and located in our Chantilly VA office.
Role Overview - Technical Services
  • Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, software, networked, and wireless systems.
  • Manage work assignments and tasks through a ticketing system.
  • Assist with computer moves, system imaging, deployment, and ensure proper documentation of equipment reception and removal.
  • Maintain and update accurate asset records.

Role Overview - Audio Visual Technician
  • Support video-teleconferencing (VTC) and audiovisual events, including scheduling, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing AV/VTC events with minimal supervision when necessary.
  • Develop and implement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address customers' AV and VTC requirements.
  • Participate in handling AV and VTC installations as well as hardware upgrades.

Qualifications
Required Certifications:
  • Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience
  • Must obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
