Inside Sales Representative

Location: Gillette, Sheridan, or Casper, WY
Compensation: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission potential (on-target annual earnings(OTE) of $52k + per year at minimum target)

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative who is motivated by highโ€‘energy sales environments, qualifying inbound leads, and maximizing commission opportunities. This fullโ€‘time position offers strong earning potential for individuals who thrive on meetingโ€”and exceedingโ€”sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue by converting inbound inquiries into new customer signโ€‘ups
  • Maximize commission earnings through upsells, crossโ€‘sells, VoIP sales, and managed router services
  • Complete prequalifications and LOS assessments to quickly move prospects through the pipeline
  • Engage promptly and professionally with all leads generated via the Visionary Leads Page
  • Participate in continuous sales training and skill development to enhance performance

  • Strong customer service, negotiation, and salesโ€‘driven mindset
  • Techโ€‘savvy with understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related products
  • Willingness to learn and explain broadband products and technology
