Job Summary
The Enrollment Management team encourages applications for the Temporary Operations Professional! This position will review transcripts and help train a new transcript-processing software to accurately process high school transcripts and recalculate the high school weighted and unweighted Grade Point Averages (GPAs). 

This position may support additional projects as needs change during the admissions cycle.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • This position will review high school and college transcripts and compare them with the data points pulled from the transcripts by a new transcript-processing software, then make edits to the software interface so that it matches the transcript. 
  • Additional projects may be given as workload demands change throughout the cycle.
What You Should Know
  • This is a part-time, temporary position scheduled for 20 hours per week. While additional hours may occasionally be requested during periods of higher workload, this is expected to be rare.
What We Can Offer
  • The hourly rate for this temporary position is $18.90

What We Require
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute on a year for year basis.
What You Will Need
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Comfort relying on own judgment at times when answers aren't readily available.
  • Ability to follow guidance, manuals, and established processes.
What We Would Like You to Have
  • Familiarity with computer systems and comfort navigating new technologies.
  • Experience working on the Operations Team in the Office of Admissions at CU Boulder.
  • Experience with data entry.
