TTA is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients solve business challenges through tailored learning and development solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA, with occasional travel to client locations and industry events.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across a wide range of industries.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective and repeat clients to meet sales goals.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers to expand business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope client requirements and deliver customized proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using sales systems and tools.
  • Stay current on trends in learning and development to inform client conversations.
  • Attend occasional client meetings, conferences, or trade shows as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in learning and development, staffing, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled at building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience working with companies ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Marlborough, MA part of the week.
