As a Senior Program Manager - Product Manufacturing & Obsolescence, you will lead enterprise efforts to proactively manage component lifecycle risk across complex Bills of Material-ensuring the organization can build, deliver, and scale with confidence in a dynamic supply environment.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Risk Ownership

  • Own end-to-end program execution for obsolescence and lifecycle risk management across complex, high-mix product portfolios
  • Establish and maintain BOM-level visibility into lifecycle risk, ensuring manufacturing continuity and build plan protection
  • Translate lifecycle intelligence and supplier signals into clear, actionable mitigation strategies
  • Drive prioritization frameworks that align risk, business impact, and execution timelines

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Lead alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Quality to execute mitigation strategies
  • Partner with Engineering to evaluate and qualify alternate components and drive design resilience
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical manufacturability, lifecycle, and data integrity risks
  • Influence decision-making at both operational and executive levels

Master Data & Lifecycle Intelligence Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of data analysts to transform raw product and supplier data into high-quality, intelligent SAP master data
  • Drive creation, validation, and continuous improvement of material master and BOM data to support lifecycle and manufacturing decisions
  • Establish scalable processes and standards to convert disparate data into actionable lifecycle intelligence within SAP
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of BOMs, material masters, and OEM/supplier data
  • Integrate lifecycle intelligence into decision-making through tools, supplier insights, and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance data models, governance, and automation
  • Champion data standards and scalable operating models across teams

Risk Governance & Execution

  • Establish and manage structured processes for identifying, tracking, and resolving obsolescence risks
  • Ensure clear documentation and communication of risk exposure, mitigation plans, and decision outcomes
  • Lead development and review of enterprise-level risk and obsolescence reporting

Communication, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and program updates that drive transparency and alignment
  • Highlight key risks, dependencies, and blockers requiring leadership action
  • Build a predictable governance cadence that enables proactive decision-making
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and insights to elevate program maturity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, product lifecycle management, or supply chain risk

Salary and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $151,787 - $192,264, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
