Job Description
The role will support the Senior Director of NA Issuing Solutions across a range of product solutioning, strategy, commercialization and planning activities. Time spent on these areas will shift based on business needs, including but not limited to:
  • Support product roadmap, development, and launch of new processing solutions that meet the needs of potential target customers
  • Work with existing Visa processing businesses to leverage all existing capabilities in solution build, implementation and post-launch optimization and ensure new solutions are integrated seamlessly into our existing suite of products and services
  • Work with pilot and prospective clients to synthesize client feedback for product requirements and ensure voice of the customer is represented
  • Develop use-case, segment, and client-specific perspectives on solutions that solve key client problems/needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development, informed by and based on client segmentation analysis, market sizing and competitive landscape & implications
  • Track and report on key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive product improvement and growth

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry preferred
• Ability to lead and manage complex workstreams or small projects independently
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated quantitative rigor
• Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyse financial, operational, and market data
• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities at both senior and junior levels
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Impeccable written and oral communication
• Self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible

The estimated salary range for this position is $124,300.00 to $ 198,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
