The Brand team drives integrated global campaigns and product launches in partnership with Services Marketing and Product development. We are the voice and protectors of the Apple brand. We're natural collaborators and connectors, bringing all teams together in pursuit of the best work.
As a Brand Director at Marcom LA, you will be at the forefront of shaping how the world experiences Apple's innovative ecosystem of subscriptions. You will be a key player in bringing these services to life through compelling and impactful marketing campaigns.
Description
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and entrepreneurial individual who can collaborate in a team environment and wants to be part of a growing organization, acting as a key point of contact and integration for the Marcom LA team across the Services Organization focusing on key services businesses. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience working on global brands, and proven expertise in developing marketing that encompasses a broad range of marketing and messaging vehicles.
5+ years of proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex marketing projects from concept to completion.
Global experience, developing extensive creative platforms, including worldwide and geo-origination campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital, social and linear marketing channels and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Creative agency and in-house global brand experience.
Understanding and experience in subscription marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of measurement and testing with the ability to apply rigor to the application of those results to future work.
Experience working with executive teams and/or C-suite stakeholders, demonstrating curiosity, confidence, and the ability to listen with intent to find solutions.
An enthusiastic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively-driven environment, capable of navigating ambiguity while balancing an analytical approach to support and elevate the creative process.
Curiously minded leader that is inventive, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Strong written and verbal skills as well as exceptional presentation skills.
A passion for Apple products and services and a deep understanding of the Apple brand.
