Job Summary:
Recruiting from Scratch is representing a pioneering company that is revolutionizing agriculture through advanced robotics and artificial intelligence. The Robotics Software Engineer will develop and implement computer vision algorithms for perception and localization in robotic systems, collaborating with teams to integrate software solutions into hardware platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for perception and localization in robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into hardware platforms.
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance and accuracy in dynamic environments.
• Conduct testing and validation of software components to ensure reliability and robustness.
• Analyze system performance metrics and iterate on designs to improve functionality.
• Contribute to the development of embedded firmware that supports vision processing tasks.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in robotics or computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV for image processing and computer vision tasks.
• Strong understanding of algorithms related to perception and localization in robotic applications.
Preferred:
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to computer vision.
