Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Provide education and resources to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process.

  • Maintain comprehensive client records, adhering to all regulatory standards for documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your experience with telehealth will allow for innovative approaches in engaging this demographic.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based psychological interventions.
Preferred Experience

While the following experience is not required, it will enhance your candidacy:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering telehealth therapy services, particularly for adolescents and young adults.
  • Familiarity with our evidenced-based treatment frameworks, referred to as care pathways, is a plus.
