• Conduct individual therapy sessions using live video chat, creating a safe and comfortable virtual space for patients.
• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of low-acuity adult clients, establishing therapy goals tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities and interventions, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals, monitoring their progress collaboratively.
• Foster therapeutic relationships by helping clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Assist clients in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental well-being effectively.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are motivated to improve their mental health. This role requires building therapeutic alliances with clients who may present with a variety of concerns, aiming to help them navigate challenges in their lives. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them through their healing journeys, all while fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current license from the state board as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Capability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring ethical care delivery.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Demonstrated skills in effective communication, empathy, and active listening.

• Experience providing virtual counseling services, with a strong understanding of the telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapeutic purposes and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your working hours and patient load.
