Job description

Primary Function

The LifeTech Academy Virtual Mentor establishes, nurtures, and maintains a working relationship with assigned LifeTech Academy mentees. The Virtual Mentor is responsible for timely communication with mentees and the documentation of those communications. The Virtual Mentor attends/actively reviews weekly communications with The Academy.
Essential Duties

  • To communicate weekly with assigned LifeTech Academy Learners
  • Establish weekly goals and plans for course completion
  • Establish long-term goals for annual course completion of ten (10) courses per academic year
  • To document in detail all Learner communications using provided LifeTech Academy documentation resources
  • To complete communication and documentation in the prescribed timeline as established by The Academy Director
