The Role
The purpose of this highly visible role is to focus on driving awareness, education and understanding of Alight's Leaves Solutions to the consulting and brokerage community. The role will be heavily focused on forming deeper and broader broker relationships with prioritized firms as a paramount strategy in driving next-level sales success for Alight Leaves Solutions. This role partners with key Alight stakeholders, such as sales leaders, account leaders, and technology leaders to inform Alight's Leaves Solutions go-market strategy by bringing valuable and specific feedback from the Broker and Consultant community to the forefront.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, access, and prioritize key Broker and Consultant relationships, including both producers and supporting staff, in a defined region
  • Create, develop, and expand relationships with key Brokers and Consultants through use of proven marketing tools, hosting in person and virtual events, and use of interpersonal investments
  • Successfully engage with Brokers and Consultants to obtain an understanding of their leaves management priorities and objectives
  • Partner with Alight internal stakeholders to align communication, outreach, and support of key Brokers and Consultants
  • Act as the escalation point of contact for Brokers and Consultants to facilitate issue resolution regarding their book of business with Alight Leaves Solutions
  • Prioritize continual education on Alight's evolving capabilities and go-to-market solutions, as well as, acting as a thought leader in the evolving leaves landscape
  • Support industry conferences and events representing Alight Leaves Solutions with clients, Brokers and Consultants
  • Regularly track and report activities and metrics associated with actions showing progress, headwinds and successes to the SVP, Broker and Channel Partnerships

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent expereince with 10+ years of leaves and disability experience in sales, distribution through brokers and consultants, and/or leaves and disability consulting
  • Proven track record of relationship building (internally and externally) and sales success
  • Highly organized with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, highly adaptable and a strategic thinker
  • Experience in territory-based and/or channel distribution roles
  • Ability to address and resolve complicated issues in a favorable manner
  • Thrives working independently, self-motivated, and goal oriented
  • Partnership and collaboration oriented
  • 40% travel expected

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
185,000.00 USD
Maximum :
220,000.00 USD
