We are looking for teammates who are: Solution-focused problem solvers who think critically and analytically Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage work independently Dependable, focused, and able to exercise judgment and discretion Strong communicators who build effective working relationships across technical and non-technical teams What you will do: As a Lead Cloud Administrator, with the Infrastructure Software team, you will provide technical leadership for cloud and on-premises infrastructure, supporting Azure-based services, Windows environments, and core systems. You will lead complex operations and support efforts, serving as a key resource for troubleshooting, system performance, and technical guidance

Primary job duties include: Serving as technical lead for the support of Azure Cloud based services AD, SAML, and Intune, including on-premises services AD, DNS, and DHCP Directly supporting infrastructure systems/hardware assigned Performing advanced administrations tasks such as Azure AD and SAML, GPO's DHCP, DNS, application resources, and security and/or data isolation Researching new technologies and options making written recommendations to upper management Working closely with the team to ensure members are cross trained on supported systems Consulting with hardware and software vendors to evaluate products and to identify solutions Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or a related field and experience in information technology systems or a related area. Relevant experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources (DSHR) Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.
