Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Information Systems
Responsibilities:
  • Develop an enterprise infrastructure for the entire domain.
  • Configuring the Exchange 2013/2016 servers.
  • Building and developing systems and processes to ensure the least privilege.
  • Implementing solutions for Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 (O365) solutions, including delivering proof of concepts.
  • Design, plan, and execute Office 365 migrations including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Skype/MS Teams for effective communication within and outside the Firm.
  • Designing systems according to business continuity requirements, ensuring run books and system documentation are up-to-date for support and business continuity needs.
  • Mobility solutions for devices like iOS, Android, and Blackberry.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls in an IT environment at a global enterprise level.
  • Developing Exchange Web Services (EWS) to communicate to upstream and downstream applications
  • PowerShell for automation and data structures, including script creation.
  • Provide end-to-end hybrid solutions for back-office applications and client-facing SaaS platforms for communication.
  • P2V migration using vCenter converter for migrating physical servers to virtual.
  • Providing technical solutions for business problems.
  • Building Use-Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, High-Level Documents, System Architecture Diagrams, and System Integration Strategies.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Identify the issue and define an optimistic solution.
  • Critical Technical Production Issues in Server's hardware in ESXi host. RCA, strong debugging techniques, collaboration with various technical teams, and a strong understanding of business flows and integrated upstream & downstream applications.
  • Perform debugging and use analytical skills to identify and resolve the problem.
  • Integrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft MDM/MAM and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions with Exchange/Office 365 (Intune) as well as other third-party email aware apps (Unified Communications/Messaging, Fax, Printer/Scanners).
  • Responsible and accountable for leading deployment, remediation, and migration of Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and other O365 & EMS suite workloads.
  • Collaborate with support, business, and various technical teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Application and its connected applications.
  • Debug tools and strategies.
  • Log analysis techniques and problem investigation skills.
  • Capable of providing alternate solutions to avoid business process interruptions without compromising compliance.
  • Work closely with Release Management team, Change Management team, and Configuration Management team for Package release and request change for Server patching and upgrading.
  • Team Management, Escalation Management, Weekly Ticket reviews with Monthly Project reporting and review with the customer, and Internal Knowledge Transfer session within the team.
  • Provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects.
