We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Virtual Travel Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for clients planning vacations, honeymoons, group trips, cruises, and more. If you enjoy connecting with people, offering expert travel advice, and creating personalized itineraries all while working from anywhere this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or chat) to understand their travel goals, preferences, and special requests.
  • Customized Planning: Research destinations and curate tailored travel experiences that align with client desires, whether it's luxury escapes, family getaways, or group adventures.
  • Reservation Management: Book travel components such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and cruises through various supplier platforms.
  • Travel Support: Act as a reliable point of contact before, during, and after travel handling changes, cancellations, and unforeseen issues.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Recommend travel enhancements such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to maximize value and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on evolving travel restrictions, new destinations, visa requirements, and supplier promotions.
