About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an Instructor Led Training Producer to work closely with course managers, program directors, course liaisons, faculty, students and administrative staff to provide a wide variety of support for courses, lessons, workshops, etc., both live and virtual.
What you'll do
  • Coordinate and execute scheduling, logistics, and resource planning for classes, seminars, workshops, and multi-day training programs
  • Serve as the point of control during instructor connectivity issues, directing activities and maintaining instructional flow until technical service is restored
  • Prepare and distribute pre-course information packets with registration instructions, prerequisite assignments, connection test details, travel and lodging guidance, dress code, access requirements, parking information, and course resource links
  • Administer virtual learning environments by launching online sessions, distributing secure access links, creating and managing breakout rooms, monitoring participation, troubleshooting in real time, and performing pre-event connectivity checks
  • Collaborate with faculty and support teams to ensure all instructional materials are prepared, accessible, and distributed per the training schedule; manage inventory of commercial products, upload client-generated content to designated platforms, and archive official publications for digital access
  • Maintain and update comprehensive student records, including demographics, contact details, evaluations, and participation history; produce accurate rosters, data reports, and visual presentations for faculty and leadership review
  • Utilize email, Microsoft Teams, and learning management systems to communicate updates, distribute course materials, and post administrative documents to information delivery platforms
  • Provide direct technical assistance with audiovisual equipment setup, IT system logins, and navigation of virtual training platforms and resources

Qualifications
  • US Citizenship
  • 4+ years experience working with clients/customers on complex modern learning projects
  • Demonstrated professional experience in providing production support to faculty and students in virtual and classroom learning environments
  • Proficiency with applications and tools within the Microsoft 365 Suite, MS Teams for Education, enterprise learning management systems and enterprise data reporting tools
