Job description

This is not a traditional sales position. This role is best described as a consultative, client-service-focused advisor position. The clients you work with have already expressed interest in coverage or requested information. Your role is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and help them enroll in the coverage they requested.


You will meet with individuals and families virtually (via Zoom or phone), ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This is a 1099, performance-based role with structured training, mentorship, and clearly defined advancement pathways.


No cold calling. No chasing. You will work exclusively with individuals and families. who have already requested information or assistance regarding their insurance needs.


Key Responsibilities:


· Learn and follow proven company systems to deliver a high-quality client experience

· Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries

· Conduct virtual client meetings via Zoom or phone

· Educate clients using a consultative, service-first approach

· Help clients enroll in coverage they have requested

· Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication

· Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client support

· Meet performance benchmarks to unlock growth opportunities

· Participate in weekly virtual training and professional development

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads


Qualifications:


· 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred (No sales experience - we have openings for those who want to serve others in a consultative way)

· Strong verbal and virtual communication skills

· Comfort with technology and modern digital tools

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Professional, dependable, and service-oriented

· Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve


Requirements:


· Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends

· Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet access

· Ability to pass a background check

· Ability to complete contracting requirements

· Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one with support
