Globe Life is adding remote Benefits Advisors in the Boston area to support union members and working families who have already requested information about their benefits. You're not prospecting or cold calling — you're following up with people who raised their hand and scheduling virtual appointments to walk them through their options.

What your day looks like:

  • Work entirely from home on your own schedule
  • All client appointments are over Zoom — no commute, no office
  • Step by step training system built for people starting from zero
  • Full guidance getting your MA state insurance license

This is the right fit if you:

  • Are accountable and follow through without being told twice
  • Build trust easily and communicate clearly
  • Handle video calls and basic tech without issue

  • Must be a current Massachusetts or Connecticut resident

Compensation — 1099 independent contractor:

  • Weekly commission-based pay
  • First year advisors on the system typically earn $50K–$80K
