• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, addressing varying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues.
• Utilize telehealth tools to ensure effective treatment delivery, navigating through technological platforms with ease.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals and needs, regularly assessing progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when applicable, fostering connection and support among peers.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining high standards of record-keeping required by our organization and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in the field of mental health.

• A valid independent mental health license in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is required.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing therapy or counseling services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
• Experience working in outpatient settings, encompassing various therapeutic modalities.
