Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Centra Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients in accordance with best practices for rehabilitation care.
• Designing personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based methods such as therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on manual therapy, and appropriate modalities to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Documenting patient treatment sessions, outcomes, and adjustments to therapy plans, ensuring clear communication within the healthcare team.
• Reassessing patient progress and modifying treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal therapeutic goals.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with necessary tools for daily living and rehabilitation exercises.
• Training caregivers and collaborating with other health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops, networking, and continuing education opportunities to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications
