Additionally, you may occasionally engage with clients in our outpatient office setting in Bellevue, Washington. • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Utilize a variety of counseling techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Manage crisis situations proactively, employing sound judgment to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Document client progress meticulously through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring that all information is current and accessible.
• Modify therapeutic approaches as necessary based on individual patient responses and preferences during sessions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and collaborate with case management to optimize support structures.

Your primary focus will be on treating clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, and grief. Our clientele is diverse, representing different backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to utilize your skills in tailoring interventions to meet unique client needs.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
• A valid mental health professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) compliant with state regulations.
• Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities, with experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and colleagues, even in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience working in a busy outpatient setting, adept at handling multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with an electronic medical record (EMR) system and virtual meeting platforms.
• A history of collaborative work with a case management team to coordinate client care.
