• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions with individuals and families to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs, focusing on establishing actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to assist clients in developing coping strategies and enhancing their emotional resilience.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and learn from each other.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy while committing to ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the community health framework to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Calming Motion Therapy, you will engage with a diverse population. Clients may include individuals seeking help for relationship dynamics, families navigating transitions, and those experiencing mental health crises. Your role is vital in addressing their unique challenges while empowering them through evidence-based therapy practices.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least three years of direct clinical experience in providing therapy services (within the last 36 months).
• High proficiency in teletherapy techniques, including video conferencing, to deliver effective support remotely.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic and therapeutic methods applicable to mental health issues faced by families and individuals.

• Experience working within community health settings or similar organizations.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and their effective use in delivering mental health care.
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or family systems therapy.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
