Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client accounting engagements from planning through completion
  • Reviewing and overseeing monthly and annual accounting work prepared by staff
  • Providing financial reporting, advisory, and operational guidance to business clients
  • Assisting with tax planning and compliance as part of a comprehensive client service approach
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring accuracy and quality across engagements
  • Mentoring and developing staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Building strong, long term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
  • Identifying opportunities to improve client processes using cloud based accounting technologies


What We're Looking For

  • CPA license preferred
  • 6+ years of public accounting experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading accounting engagements
  • A blend of Client Accounting Services (CAS) and tax experience is highly preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to provide practical business advice
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a virtual, technology driven environment
