The Opportunity:

You will serve as a vital growth driver by opening doors and generating new business opportunities across existing and expanding markets. This entry-level role provides comprehensive training, structured messaging, and dedicated support to help you build a successful sales career. You will directly influence company revenue by connecting prospective clients with senior sales leadership.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach using proven scripts to generate prospect interest.
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers across target industries and assigned geographic territories.
  • Schedule qualified introductory meetings and calls between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
  • Perform consistent follow-up and confirm scheduled appointments to maximize meeting attendance rates.
  • Gather critical prospective customer insights and deliver detailed preliminary notes to Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity logs, contact records, and pipeline data within the corporate CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort speaking to business professionals.
  • High comfort level making a high volume of cold outbound phone calls daily.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales process and script while maintaining a natural conversation.
  • Positive, persistent attitude with strong resilience when handling rejection.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management abilities, and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM software and prospecting platforms.
