Job description

Mammography Technologist Trainee

The Mammography Technologist Trainee is a structured, entry-level training role designed to prepare a Radiologic Technologist for full certification and independent practice in Mammography. This position supports the Mammography department through observation, supervised clinical participation, and progressive skill development. The incumbent will complete required education, supervised clinical experience, and competency milestones in preparation for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Mammography certification. This role requires completion of all training and successful certification within twelve (12) months of hire. The Mammography Technologist Trainee works under direct supervision and does not perform independent mammography procedures until required competencies are met.
