But this isn’t just any Treatment Coordinator position! This role supports orthodontic offices throughout the country helping kids start the orthodontic treatment they want and deserve! You will be working with kids and parents all over the US – from our local Norcross office.

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is comfortable using virtual technology, and is excited to move patients forward with their treatment needs.

  • Customer Service or sales experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus, will train the right person.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a HUGE plus!
  • Preference given to those with knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options.
  • Full-time role (30+ hours per week), 5 days/week preferred.
  • Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.

Schedule:

  • In local office (Norcross, GA), supporting 5-7 orthodontic practices across the US
  • Follows office hours

Pay range:

  • $20-25/hour - Depending on experience and bi-lingual capabilities
  • Daily case acceptance bonus paid bi-weekly with high earning potential
