• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a professional and empathetic atmosphere for clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting concerns and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and personal insight.
• Work with clients to set achievable goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your ability to connect with clients from diverse populations will be essential in providing effective, culturally competent care that meets their individual needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is essential to effectively practice in this role.
• Prior experience in providing counseling services remotely is preferred, although new graduates willing to adapt to teletherapy environments will be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients through digital communication channels are paramount.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.

Experience in various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with specific telehealth tools or platforms will be advantageous. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or veterans, will also be beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, you will enjoy:
