What is a Virtual Staging job?

A Virtual Staging job involves using digital software to furnish and decorate photos of empty or outdated spaces, making them more appealing to potential buyers or renters. Virtual stagers work with real estate agents, property developers, and homeowners to create realistic, aesthetically pleasing interiors. This process helps showcase a property's potential without the cost and effort of physical staging. It requires skills in design, photo editing, and 3D rendering to create high-quality, visually engaging images.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Virtual Staging position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Virtual Staging professional, you need a strong background in interior design principles, digital imaging, and attention to visual detail, typically supported by experience or education in design, architecture, or related fields. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or specialized virtual staging platforms is essential, and certifications in design software can enhance your qualifications. Strong communication, creativity, and the ability to interpret client briefs help you stand out in this position. These competencies are critical for delivering visually appealing, market-ready spaces that meet client expectations and drive property sales.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of a Virtual Staging professional?

As a Virtual Staging professional, your daily tasks typically include collaborating with real estate agents or property managers to understand client goals, digitally furnishing and decorating photographs of vacant properties, and making precise edits to ensure a realistic and attractive presentation. You will often review client feedback and make revisions, manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, and stay updated on the latest design trends and software updates. Communication with team members and clients is common, often involving remote work and flexible hours. Staying organized and detail-oriented is key, as your work directly impacts the marketability of properties and client satisfaction.

Job description

The impact you'll make
The group you'll be a part of
The Tualatin Campus Construction Coordinator is part of Lam Research's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) organization. GWS is dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and innovative workplace and infrastructure solutions that enable Lam's manufacturing and operational needs. This includes leading campus construction, site logistics, real estate strategy, utility planning, and space planning across all Lam locations. As part of this team, you will help ensure that construction activities across the Tualatin campus are executed seamlessly, safely, and with minimal impact to ongoing operations-supporting Lam's ability to grow, innovate, and deliver for its customers.
What you'll do
  • Lead campus-wide coordination of all construction activities to prevent conflicts, ensure safe execution, and maintain alignment across multiple general contractors and Lam stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive site logistics plans-including access, staging, traffic routing, crane operations, and delivery sequencing-to support efficient execution and minimize operational impacts.
  • Coordinate all critical activities such as utility shutdowns, road closures, equipment tie-ins, and cross-project interactions to reduce risk and maintain continuity of operations.
  • Provide timely, clear communication through construction notices, shutdown alerts, field updates, and stakeholder briefings to maintain campus-wide awareness and alignment.
  • Monitor field conditions daily, identify risks early, resolve cross-project conflicts, and ensure construction activities adhere to established logistics and safety coordination requirements.
  • Partner with General Contractors, EHS, Facilities, Operations, and internal customers to continuously improve planning, field execution, communication practices, and overall site coordination processes.
  • Support change management by documenting impacts, tracking critical activities, and ensuring proper closure of coordination issues across all projects.

Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Preferred qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP.
