Home Staging Logistics Team Member

Pay:ย $30.00/hour DOE
Schedule:ย Part-Time, Year-Round (2โ€“4 hours per shift, typically 2โ€“3 days/week)

We are a professional home staging company that transforms homes into market-ready masterpieces by installing furniture and dรฉcor that creates a beautiful โ€œmodel homeโ€ look. We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworkingย Logistics Team Memberย to assist with the physical side of our staging projects.

This is a year-round, part-time opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and being part of the process that helps homes shine.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a two-person team to pull furniture, dรฉcor, and linens from the warehouse
  • Load and unload items into a 14-ft box truck using a ramp and proper lifting techniques
  • Safely lift and carry items up to 75 lbs., including navigating stairs
  • Assist with furniture assembly and occasional minor repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the warehouse and on-site
  • Communicate clearly with team members during moves and staging setups
  • Ensure all items are securely packed and protected during transport
  • Assist with staging installations and breakdowns as needed

Schedule:

  • Primarilyย Tuesday and Thursday mornings, with occasional Wednesday shifts
  • Year-round position with consistent scheduling needs
  • Summer hours are typically 9:00 AMโ€“12:00 PM
  • Rest-of-year hours are typically 10:00 AMโ€“1:00 PM
  • Shifts are generallyย 2โ€“4 hours
  • Hours are not guaranteed but are expected to be scheduled consistently

Qualifications:

  • Must be physically fit and able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
  • Experience moving furniture, loading/unloading trucks, or warehouse work preferred
  • Experience with furniture assembly and basic repairs is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be a non-smoker (no smoking or vaping at job sites)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with a dependable, honest, and humble approach to work
