Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in Oregon

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$56/Hour, paid weekly

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students in an educational environment. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication and learning.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed


Qualifications

Oregon SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of Oregon)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
