Virtual Security Guard

SentraCam is expanding its team in Tempe, AZ and is actively seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Virtual Security Guard. In this position, you will be leading a team who is responsible for monitoring CCTV systems to ensure the security and safety of our clients. This role requires an alert and vigilant approach to identify any suspicious activities during the overnight shift. Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor multiple surveillance screens to identify and report suspicious or unauthorized activities.
  • Maintain vigilant alertness and focus throughout overnight shifts.
  • Strictly adhere to all established procedures and instructions to ensure the highest standards of security.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Utilize computer proficiency to manage and operate surveillance systems effectively.
  • Excel in multitasking, especially in high-pressure environments, to respond swiftly and accurately to emerging situations.

Requirements: Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements: Availability for full-time overnight shifts. Great attention to detail An interest or prior experience in customer service, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention, and/or related fields. Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
