What will you be doing? ย ย 

  • Develop a sound understanding of the relevant product and disease area toย facilitateย detailed discussions with medical professionals.ย ย 

  • Facilitate account management skills (account planning, field resource coordination; close, support customer education and promotionย needs, reporting).ย ย 

  • Demonstrateย effectivenessย working independently and in team environments.ย ย 

  • Establish phoneย presence;ย commanding & disarming, ability to create rapport, network, build, andย maintainย productive business relationships.ย ย

  • Maintainย the required productย expertiseย including competitive product knowledge.ย ย 

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Clientโ€™s products and ensure clear,ย conciseย andย accurateย communication of product information with target audiences using proper medical terminology.ย ย 

  • Successfully complete the Clientโ€™s product training (self-study, testing, fieldย workย and classroom training at the Clientโ€™s site or electronically) and meet training expectations set by the Clientย in order toย proceedย to servicing the Clientโ€™s customers within the parameters of the program.ย ย 

  • Effectively andย timelyย communicate with the Virtual Sales Manager, Field Regional Sales Manager, and Field counterparts (asย appropriate)ย onย projectโ€™sย progress.ย ย 

  • Execute sales strategies in compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDAโ€™s promotional regulations, and Client policy.ย 

What do you need for this position? ย ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experienceย ย 

  • 2+ year of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experienceย ย 

  • Eye care experience preferredย 

  • Previousย virtual/contact center sales experienceย requiredย 

  • Strong technical acumenย 

  • Strong work ethic, ability to build rapport quicklyย ย 

  • Positive attitude, adaptable to new situationsย ย 

  • Is open to and activelyย solicitsย feedback on performance and skill developmentย ย 

The base pay range for this position is $46K โ€“ $85K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
