Responsibilities
As an Occupational Health Leader, where you'll use your clinical expertise to evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, conduct risk and health assessments, manage daily operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards-all while supporting the health and safety of the workforce. In this position, you will:
  • Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses, applying clinical judgment to perform comprehensive risk and health assessments.
  • Accurately document evaluations across a variety of diagnoses and health scenarios.
  • Assess acute injuries or illnesses and refer employees to physicians or specialists for advanced care when needed.
  • Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of occupational health services.
  • Lead and support staff by ensuring ongoing development, regulatory compliance, and productivity. Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and operational regulations and standards.
  • Manage and safeguard all occupational health records, equipment, and program-related materials to ensure security and integrity.

Qualifications
Required Education
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing

Required Experience:
  • 4 years of experience in providing occupational health services as an RN and/or 6 years' experience as a clinician in occupational health

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse
