About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the unique needs of each patient. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will enable you to make a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care plan that meets the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify changes in patient condition, and report findings to the charge nurse and/or physician
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
