Schedule: WEEKENDS ONLY;

All Shifts:

  • 8:00AM-4:00PM

  • 4:00PM-12:00AM

  • 12:00AM-8:00AM

Description: Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for nursing care in Roseville, MN. A perk of this role is flexible scheduling and a supportive small team atmosphere. The RN or LPN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in a home setting. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform hands-on care for medically complex clients in their home. Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Provide overall care coordination and play an active role in the client’s healthcare team. Work in a group setting but on a one-on-one dynamic. Hands-on training provided in a supportive atmosphere. We have a full range of cases with differing ages & complexities – we will help find the perfect fit for you!

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: Hold current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota

  • REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification

  • HIGHLY PREFERRED: Home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience

  • Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability:

  • Advocate for clients’ physical and mental well-being; provide social support to clients while ensuring they are in a safe environment

  • Perform medical treatments and monitoring; provide assessment details and information to supervisor and doctors while helping to evaluate effectiveness and progress of goals

  • Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments

  • Order and track inventory of supplies, equipment, and medication for clients

  • Help maintain a positive and professional environment

  • Assist coworkers as needed and promote teamwork

  • Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative

  • Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others

  • Follow all guidelines and stay in compliance with documentation, supervision, and policies

COMPENSATION:

*Employees earn a $150 bonus for every three weekend shifts worked - equivalent to $6.00 more per hour.
