Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Recruiting Associate to help expand our team. This role involves reaching out to real estate agents and mortgage loan officers through calls, LinkedIn, social media, text messaging, and email, and then tracking and responding to all communication.

You will be responsible for keeping leads organized in our CRM, following up consistently, and inviting candidates to join our team or attend networking/launch events (including potential golf outings, conferences, and more).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales or customer service skills who wants to grow into a professional recruiting role in the real estate and mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective real estate agents and mortgage loan officers

  • Reach out and follow up via LinkedIn, social media, text, email, and phone

  • Reply to all inbound messages promptly and professionally

  • Track outreach, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM (training provided)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and referral partners

  • Invite candidates to industry events, team launches, and networking activities

  • Support recruiting efforts and help create a repeatable system for team growth

  • Prior sales, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred (but not required – training provided)
