• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, issues, and therapeutic needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Engage actively in clinical supervision meetings to exchange insights and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Continuously research and familiarize yourself with new therapeutic techniques and tools that can enhance treatment efficacy.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing a safe and supportive environment, you will assist clients in processing their emotions and developing coping strategies to foster their overall well-being. Your empathy and skills will help facilitate meaningful dialogues that empower clients toward positive change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and independent license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon is essential.
• At least two years of experience in providing therapeutic services and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated capacity for effective communication, particularly in virtual counseling contexts, with an ability to build rapport with clients swiftly.
• Familiarity with various online therapy tools and software to engage effectively with clients and document sessions.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care or couple’s therapy will be strongly favored. Experience working with various demographics and challenges will enhance your candidacy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
