As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality marketing content, brand assets, and communication initiatives that support sales growth, customer engagement, and overall brand consistency across multiple business units. This role combines content creation, creative development, event coordination, and sales enablement to ensure marketing materials and communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with company objectives.
In addition to managing brand and content initiatives, this position serves as the primary coordinator for trade shows, factory tours, customer events, and monthly virtual rep meetings. The role is responsible for planning event logistics, coordinating promotional materials and presentations, and facilitating Microsoft Teams rep meetings to support effective communication across the company's representative network.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced industrial B2B environment.

Content Development & Sales Enablement
  • Create and maintain product literature, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and technical marketing documents.
  • Develop customer case studies, success stories, and application-focused marketing content.
  • Support onboarding materials and standardized training resources for representatives and customers.
  • Create presentation materials and supporting content for monthly rep meetings, webinars, and customer-facing events.
  • Ensure all marketing content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.

Brand Management & Creative Development
  • Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Design and update branding assets, logos, graphics, templates, and visual marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of print advertisements, digital ads, and campaign creative assets.
  • Contribute creative assets and messaging for integrated marketing campaigns.

Digital & Campaign Support
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign execution, landing pages, email marketing, SEO initiatives, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Provide content and creative support for HubSpot email campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing content within the rep portal and internal brand asset portal.
  • Support social media planning and content development with a focus on consistency and brand alignment.
  • Participate in campaign planning and execution across multiple product lines and brands.

Trade Shows, Events & Rep Support
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for trade shows, customer events, factory tours, and rep meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate trade show logistics including timelines, booth assets, promotional materials, shipping coordination, attendee communication, and internal task management.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful event execution and consistent brand presentation.
  • Develop creative materials, presentations, signage, and collateral for trade shows and customer events.
  • Coordinate factory tour materials, agendas, presentations, and customer visit preparation.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of monthly virtual rep meetings across multiple brands.
  • Serve as the moderator and primary facilitator for Microsoft Teams rep meetings, including scheduling, agenda coordination, presentation management, attendee communication, and meeting execution.
  • Assist with campaign kits, rep support materials, territory maps, and related sales support assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing leadership, sales teams, engineering, product management, and external vendors.
  • Support overall marketing strategy through creative execution and content development.
  • Help prioritize projects based on business goals, deadlines, and departmental objectives.
  • Maintain organized project files, templates, and brand standards documentation.

Required Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or a related marketing role.
  • Experience planning and coordinating trade shows, customer events, webinars, or corporate meetings, including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and presentation support.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  • Experience working within content management systems, DAM platforms, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

  • Experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial marketing.
