The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing customers, identifying organizational needs, and presenting educational products, programs, and services as tailored solutions. This position focuses on consultative sales, account development, customer engagement, and ongoing relationship management to support long-term partnerships and successful program adoption.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective customers through consultative sales and business development activities.
  • Qualify new leads and opportunities to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs and product offerings.
  • Conduct virtual presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase educational products, programs, and services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding programs, pricing, and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, document interactions, and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Identify customer challenges and needs, and align appropriate solutions to support their goals and initiatives.
  • Support achievement of revenue and growth objectives through strategic account development and expansion.

Pay and Benefits
