• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, customizing interventions to meet the distinctive needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing techniques, and family systems therapy.
• Develop detailed treatment plans that outline clear goals, interventions, and methods for tracking client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans for clients in immediate distress.
• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them to appropriate community resources and offering comprehensive case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health care.

As a member of our team, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your role will enable you to make a tangible difference in the lives of clients, providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cultural competence is necessary for effectively addressing the needs of a diverse client base.
• Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities are essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting is preferred but not required.
