• Conduct and facilitate secure remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and welcoming virtual environment for clients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments that provide a deep understanding of clients' emotional, social, and mental health requirements. Develop tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies to address identified needs.
• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A minimum of three years of related experience in a mental health counseling position, which is highly preferred.
