About the Role
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, clients, partners, and other visitors. This role will support front desk operations, workplace experience, facilities, administrative activities, site events, and day-to-day office needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist employees, candidates, visitors, and guests.
  • Manage guest check-in/check-out and access badge processes.
  • Monitor and respond to front desk emails professionally and promptly.
  • Support office events, vendor screening, parking coordination, and workplace initiatives.
  • Process incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Manage office supply inventory, stocking, and ordering.
  • Conduct daily checks of common areas and report items requiring attention.
  • Create work orders or tickets for maintenance and facility-related needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with workplace technology, including badging, visitor management, Zoom, and ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, transportation, meals, and other visitor or executive support needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support additional office locations remotely as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, reception, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience performing general administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with work order or ticketing systems.
  • Experience with access control, visitor management, or badging systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to last-minute changes.
