Job Summary

Tooele Motor Company is looking for a friendly, professional, and self-motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls. Success in this position requires confidence answering calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Greet customers and visitors, providing a welcoming first impression of the dealership.
