Job Title: Administrative Assistant to VP

Location: Chicago, Illinois - Southside

Compensation: $25โ€“30/hour

Work Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 9:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM | Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Behavioral Health & Clinical Services. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping manage day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership within the Behavioral Health division
  • Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling needs
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive correspondence
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal departments, and external partners
  • Take detailed meeting notes and track follow-up items to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives
  • Assist with organizing priorities, timelines, and operational workflows for the department
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and occasional off-site visits

Qualifications:
